May 20, 2017 - Triangle's Best Karate will host the AAU Karate SuperRegional for the Southeast United States in Apex, NC. The venue will be the Middle Creek Community Center in Apex.

Jul. 7, 2016 - Congratulations to Triangle's Best Karate for being recognized as one of Top 20 Dojos in the U.S. for bringing a spirited 16 athletes, 2 coaches, and 4 officials to the AAU Karate National Championships. And congratulations to Sempai Asia Yu-Robinson for winning one of the coveted AAU Karate scholarships. Asia has competed for 12 years straight, like National Teammater and co-winner Andrea Shugar of Cincinnati. Asia will be attending Appalachian State University in August 2016.
JUN. 17-19, 2016 -- Ten athletes from Triangle's Best Karate in Raleigh, North Carolina, were selected by AAU Karate for the WUKF Karate World Championships in Dublin, Ireland (June 17-19, 2016). Salaheldien Abuahmad, Randall John, Thomas Dang, Asia Yu-Robinson, and JJ Yu-Robinson committed to training karate 15 hours a week beyond regular schoolwork, karate classes, music, dance, EMT, and other commitments. Thanks to family, friends, and the Best Karate boosters club who donated funds for their travel and wished them well.
