Triangle's Best Karate
nO CUTESY CLASS nAMES; JUST GREAT FUN FOR AGES 4 AND UP.
We wanted our girls to have the opportunity to have a community of great role models, develop physical and mental discipline, build self confidence, and be physically fit. Our oldest was 4 years old when she joined Best Karate. Not only have our daughters grown in karate but our family has made some great friends with other dojo members.
BEST KARATE LOVES FAMILIES.
Sid and I have been training at Best Karate for over 9 years. It’s a great environment to train. Sensei always pushes us to perform our best, true to their name. Sid is a ranked tennis player competing in USTA junior tournaments. Karate has helped with his cross training. Fitness has almost never been an issue and he has been able to keep up with the older stronger kids.
GIVES HER BEST AT EVERYTHING SHE DOES.
When we signed Maya up at age 6, she fell in love with it from day one. We wanted to give her an opportunity to be active and have fun, but she has gained so much more. She has learned how to be competitive while displaying good sportsmanship, she is able to concentrate well beyond the dojo, and most importantly, she has learned how to be respectful and to give her best effort with everything she does. We are grateful to be a part of the Best Karate community.
RAISING CHAMPIONS, ELEVATING LEADERS
There is no better traditional Japanese dojo in the region. It’s great to be able to train with people with varied life experiences and dojo beginnings, and see how committed they all become at this dojo. It’s evident that Sensei Robinson and this dojo is the real thing, that our people embody the strength of shotokan karate. When we travel to national competitions, everyone knows us and welcomes us. I feel blessed that Alex trains in an environment that not only raises karate champions but elevates leaders.
ENRICHING OUR SON'S LIFE...
We love Best Karate because it provided our son with a familiar environment when we moved to North Carolina where he was able to make new friends and ease the trauma of moving. As the parents of a child on the Autistic Spectrum this was very important. Matthew was 10 years old when he started, and our hopes were that he would enjoy karate and make new friends. The added benefit of training at TBK was that he felt comfortable and confident enough to join the competition team. Overall we thank TBK for helping enrich our son’s life.
Self Confidence at every age.
Our daughter was 8 years old and I was 42 when we started karate together. Ellie made her own commitment to it and loves going to the dojo everyday if she can. She achieved Black Belt and has begun helping as an assistant instructor. Best Karate helps Ellie stay fit, build self-confidence, and be in an encouraging environment. Through karate, she has made a lot of really good friends, learned the value of teamwork, and has developed confidence and character.
