Teaching Methodology:
Workouts are rigorous, fun and challenging. Instructors pay a lot of attention to every karate technique, focus on the trunk of the body where martial arts strength and phsical strength is generated, promote appropriate attitude and posture, and emphasize overall fitness and conditioning.
Instructors adhere to 'expecting the best' of each person while being aware of different learning styles of all adults and children, are aware of childre's degrees of maturity, and adjust for learning disability only when necessary.
