Best Karate will be up to Albany, NY this June to participate in our 6th National Championships.

Competition Karate
and the preparation for such competition are rewarding for karate-ka of all ages.
It does require a serious commitment though, beyond the hours and the rigors of regular dojo training.
Each karate-ka who wishes to be on the Triangle's Best Karate Competition Team in 2019 should obtain a copy and review the
agreement with his/her family before committing.
