As the AAU Karate North Carolina district representative, Triangle's Best Karate is pleased to present the NC District Championship and Southeast SuperRegional on April 10, 2010, in Raleigh.  This one-day event will qualify athletes and teams to the AAU Karate national championships and the Jr. Olympics.   Download the flyer and registration packet today, share it with your dojo, and come have a blast with us on April 10.   First 50 people to register will receive a limited edition 2010 prize.  This is an AAU sanctioned event using AAU rules for kara and Sanbon kumite.  Ippon and KWF kumite will be offered at the National Championships in addition to Sanbon kumite.
