All karate classes and kickboxing classes will be suspended for the week June 28 - July 4 as instructors travel to Albany for the AAU Karate National Championships. I'm Core Fit and Jazzercise classes will be offered at their regular schedules.
A new schedule will be posted for July and August which will offer beginner classes on six days a week for various ages.
